Return & Replacement Policy
Avayagifts will provide a replacement only if one is requested within same days of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listed below.
Avayagifts is not responsible to replace the order in any case of size issue.(size specification are clearly mentioned in listing and in infographic images).
- If the product delivery takes more time than promised (reasons like natural calamities, delay due to the logistics partners, unavailability of the customer, etc are covered under exceptions and a refund will not be entertained under such circumstances), then the customer can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the customer within 15 working days.
- We do not take any responsibility of a delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities or national holidays.
- In case of Wrong product received, customer need to take complete video of opening box and shown the picture of damaged product in proper and realistic manner).we will provide replacement only after validating by our internal specialist team.

- A refund / replacement will not be initiated if the customer is not happy with the look and feel of a defect free product or if a physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, colours or sound quality.
Refund and cancellation policy:
customer need to cancel the order or request for a cancellation within 12 hours from the order placed. In case of cancellation we will refund the amount with 15 working days. We do not take any responsibility of a delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities or national holidays.
